AI is a first pillar of how systems get built here, not a service appended to the end of a proposal. The test: our published architectures and evaluation methods, not the word appearing in a brochure.
The whole lifecycle, or none of it
Consulting, implementation, enablement, support and managed operations under one accountable party. The test: whether we will still be answering for the system a year after cutover.
Regional, with local understanding
Jordanian and Gulf regulation, data residency, and Arabic-speaking engineering. The test: original Arabic technical content, written and reviewed by people, never machine-translated.
Engineering transparency
We publish methodology and reference architectures with their failure modes named. The test: whether our writing is useful to an engineer who never becomes a customer.
